My Lotion Bar was left in the cold and feels very hard, what should I do?

We recommend storing the Lotion Bar at room temperature. If it has been left in the cold for a period of time, not to worry! Simply glide a few times over the skin (avoid irritated patches) and the body temperature will soften it up!

Can I use your Signature Collection products on my newborn?

We do not recommend the use of our Signature Collection products on infants under 6 months due to the essential oils content. Products in our Budding Love Collection are free of essential oils and fragrances, and are perfect for use on newborn skin. Check out our blog article on the essential oil concentration limits here!

Can the Shea Body Soufflé or Bump & Body Butter be used on my face?

Yes, definitely! All of our products are made with gentle, non-pore clogging ingredients suitable for the most delicate skin.

The centre of my balm has a "sinkhole" or valley in it, is that normal?

The short answer is "Yes", and the long answer requires a brief science lesson. All of our balms are hand-poured while they are still hot, once the balm cools, naturally it will shrink and contract towards the edge of the container. There's nothing wrong with the balm, and certainly we don't skimp, if anything, we only give more than the labelled quantity!

How do I conduct a patch test?

Apply a small amount of the product to a small patch of skin in the inner elbow. If any adverse reactions are observed over a 24 to 48 hour period, avoid use of the product.

Currently, November Blossom products are available only in Canada, excluding the province of Quebec.

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of receipt of order.

Flat rate shipping available for all domestic orders. The rates are as follows (subject to changes without notice):

Expedited Parcel shipping (1 to 8 business days*) is standard on all orders with tracking number provided in order confirmation.

Lettermail shipping (3 to 5 business days^) may be available on certain products meeting the  lettermail shipping requirements if this option is displayed at checkout. Lettermail is not insured or trackable. For this reason, we cannot replace or refund lost, damaged or unreceived items. By using the Lettermail shipping option, you accept the risks involved. 

^These time frames are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

All Canadian customers will be charged applicable taxes on shipping.

For local Greater Toronto Area orders, free pickup at scheduled events may be available if this option is displayed at checkout. All orders scheduled for pickup must be made at the scheduled event happening within the next 30 days. If an order is not picked up by the scheduled event date, it will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.

Free shipping offer is calculated on purchase amount before applicable taxes on orders within Canada, excluding Quebec. Offer is not redeemable for cash, nor is it valid for any previously purchased merchandise. 

Free shipping and flat rate shipping offers may be changed without notice. 

All due care will be taken to ensure your order is packaged and sent safely from our warehouse; however, we cannot be held liable for any damages or missing in transit parcels.

RETURN POLICY

At November Blossom, we stand behind the quality of our products and guarantee 100% satisfaction with your purchase.

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid less any shipping charges. Simply submit a refund request stating the reason for the return and return the product back to us within 30 days of the date of shipment by November Blossom.

To submit your refund request, please email us at hello@novemberblossom.com prior to your return.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping and you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred. November Blossom is not liable for products that are damaged or lost in transit to November Blossom.

Upon receipt of your returned item, November Blossom will issue a credit for the amount paid (less any shipping charges) in the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that November Blossom reserves the right to not issue a refund for returned products that we determine to be damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use at any time.
