• Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund.

• Gift vouchers cannot be combined with other promotional offers or other gift vouchers.

• Gift voucher balance must be used in one single transaction and may not be split across multiple transactions. Any unused balances leftover from the first transaction is deemed as void.

• If a purchase exceeds the amount listed on the gift voucher, the redeemer is responsible for paying the difference at time of purchase.

• November Blossom Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen gift vouchers.

• Gift vouchers are void where prohibited or restricted by law.

• Gift vouchers are only valid online at https://novemberblossom.com for the amount specified and by the expiration date indicated.

• Use and redemption of our gift vouchers are also governed by our Privacy Policy.

MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE GIFT VOUCHERS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A GIFT VOUCHER CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH GIFT VOUCHER.
